Software Product Trainer (m/f/d)

• Workshops & Trainings:​ ​In our training team, you will plan and conduct software training courses in German or English. The focus is on teaching the functions of our web-to-print solution printQ or our web-to-pack solution packQ. Our trainings take place either in our training rooms in Dortmund or online via Zoom video call.
• Knowledge Management: You will continuously update our software documentation in various media formats, including PDF manuals, online wikis, and videos. You will also contribute your ideas to the team.

• Technical, commercial, or media technical vocational training / studies
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English for business purposes
• Enthusiasm for complex software solution presentations and general communication skills
• A technical understanding and the ability to quickly adapt to new software
